More frequently asked questions...

How many dominoes do you have? I own over 70,000 dominoes. If you're wondering where to buy dominoes or accessories please click here.

How long have you been building dominoes? I've been building dominoes since the start of 2009.

How old are you? I am 18 years old.

How do you have time for all this? It can be tough sometimes, especially when I was in school, but it is possible to make time. I'm not in any sports, so instead, I treat "building dominoes and making videos" as my "sport". If some people have a 2 hour practice for their sport everyday, I can spend at least 30 minutes everyday working on videos (whether it be planning, building, cleaning, or video editing). I also have a calendar which helps me keep track of my progress making videos.

How do you have the patience to build all this? Like everything, building dominoes takes practice. When I first started dominoes I had to take long breaks in between building because it kept falling over. Now, I don't get upset when something falls over by accident because I'm so used to it. Building dominoes takes a lot of patience, but in the end, it's worth it when it falls perfectly!

How do you have the money to pay for all those dominoes?! I've actually only had to buy about 10,000 dominoes myself. The rest of them were either gifts or I got them for free. I make money from the ads on my videos, so that has helped with the cost too.

I'm just started a domino channel. Do you have any tips? First off, welcome to the domino community! Here are a few tips on starting your channel:

1. Comment on people's videos regularly (be nice, compliment them!) People love when they get good feedback. If you are a loyal subscriber and regularly comment on their videos, they will eventually notice you and check out your channel. Don't spam the comments though, because that doesn't work... just be nice :)

2. Post your videos on social media sites like Facebook and Twitter. This can help you get more views.

3. Enter contests and get involved in the YouTube Domino Community! This is a great way for other domino builders to see your videos.

4. Make interesting videos or something unique that nobody has done yet. New records or new domino inventions are good video ideas too.

I hope these tips help! Good luck with your channel!

What do you use to edit your videos? Cyberlink PowerDirector 15

What cameras do you film with? I use a Canon Vixia HF G40 (main camera), Canon 70D, Canon Vixia HF M400, Canon G7x Mark II, and an iPhone to film.
